Refine results returned from GESIS #109

@Najeeb-Shams, refine the returned results from GESIS. For example, for the query 'Large Language Models' one of the link is not working (the same for the query 'Jens Lehmann'). Also, there are returned results with too long description.

Try to confirm we are using the correct endpoints.
