Static Detailspage for 'Funding'. Since there is no corresponding design in the Layout-Guide I tried to construct a page with a similar style.

++new++ Static Detailspage for 'Events'. No prior Layout-Guide.

Changes include the corresponding new html files, new dummy component for events, results.html, main.py, style.css. The latter includes the advancements from @Meisenburger13 latest commit.

I think we must revisit what information we want to show related to funding and funders. From a design/UI perspective, we are good to go for now.
