Job: Catalogue AR6 in a simple way - a round one cataloging - using Wikibase

Proposed sequence for the process:

  1. List things we want to capture in a simple plain language way in a Google Docs Spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18LcilHbXDpP2dybpFxXHaplnFBNAguU3QssqmJXaUVk/edit?usp=sharing
  2. Explore what IPCC put out as a cataloue and see if we can use: https://metadata.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IDSD/pages/1853161920/How+do+I+use+the+IPCC+DDC+Data+Catalogue
  3. Agree a list of things/terms we want to catalogue
  4. Correlate list to Wikibase and Wikidata Properties - like Lozana's art book catalogue: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PtX5g-T6T8d7GSq7uYNNhPPrbHU91U-GV4aF2W18occ/edit#gid=0
  5. Check and list data models that might relate to the exercise: Working groups; reports; etc.
  6. Check if a cataloguing exercise has been carried out by others.
  7. Agree the data model and test with sample report section in a Wikibase instance.
  8. Catalogue AR6 in a Wikibase
  9. Document the process

Setting an objective to this first round of cataloguing. The objective is to have properties and relations for the significant parts of a report that allow us to do the following: 1. Navigate back up to the top level from a numbered subsection. 2. Capture top level Document DOIs and PIDs. 3. Catalogue contributors and organisations. 4. Basic publication catalogue records for the pulication type. 5. Be able to show related data references by reports - expecially by IPCC Data Distribution Centre (DDC).

Reflecting on priorities I have decided to focus on the 'mimimum top level entitities that Py4Ami needs for location resources and indexing them'.

What is "minimum top level"? Is this 7 reports + glossary?
