Create sub-gist for equipment #1078

Equipment is modeled generally as an Artifact in gist, but client engagements frequently call for more specific classes and properties. Examples from gist 12 include Actuator, Controller and Sensor. Example client classes have included HeatExchanger and FlowMeter. I suggest moving specific equipment-related classes and properties into a new sub-gist.

These equipment are not always (or even typically) connected to a network. They are not necessarily IoT devices, although that possibility should be supported.

I see this sub-gist as useful for modeling concepts in manufacturing, logistics, materials handling, facilities and building management, and other domains that feature physical stuff that clanks, whirs and hums.

For the moment, I am moving the gist sensor concepts into a local repo in support of Issue #462

A sub-gist typically addresses either a horizontal or vertical market; we should think in those terms in order to figure out the right domain for the candidate sub-gist.
