Geo-route should be a subclass of two-dimensional spatial region #9

Given that CCO has three-dimensional path as a subclass of three-dimensional spatial region, it seems fitting that geo-route is a subclass of two-dimensional spatial region.

Good point--makes sense to me. Interesting that they don't have two-dimensional path in CCO.
