Aspect for price? #6

I don't see the concept of price covered by any of the existing aspects. It would have monetary_value as a broader aspect.

Queries are simpler if we don't use gist:hasBroader for the uom reference data. Instead, an aspect can be directly related to a unit group. So price will have unit group monetary value.

Added, with price being an amount of money requested and cost being an amount paid. For accounting purposes, cost is used to determine the cost of producing goods and services.
