consider new property webapi:authentication as subproperty of schema:instrument #3

this would save us from the unintended effects of RDFS reasoning especially with the query property.

a subproperty inherits the ranges of the super property. see: https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/1496 and https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/1896
