Update sem CLI installation script to support M1 #181

When you try to install sem CLI on M1 mac machine installation fails because of unsupported Darwin arm64 build.

This is the workaround until be release native Darwin arm64 tar. It works because Intel based software can be run with Rosseta emulator which comes packaged with M1 machines.
