Add outdated version warning #210

Adds a nice message if there is a new version of sem cli released

image I was just playing a bit, forked this lib and introduced this check, I do not like that it has so many dependencies, I might take a closer look at that library and reduce it to bare bones lib to work for this purpuse.

Looks like ATM we will not do this.
