Adds a new sem troubleshoot command, which assists customers when opening support cases (especially for on-premise installations). The command has three sub-commands:
sem troubleshoot job JOB_ID
sem troubleshoot pipeline PIPELINE_ID
sem troubleshoot workflow WORKFLOW_ID
This makes it easy for a customer to provide all the information required to troubleshoot things from our side.
