Investigate setting up Algolia search: free tier, cost, configuration. This should happen after we publish to prod.

It would seem we could apply for free search: https://docsearch.algolia.com/docs/who-can-apply/

In any case, we need to deploy the site to production first, with a fully working sitemap.xml (hash router disabled), before we can get Algolia to index us.
