Polish translation #1594

Are contributions to the translations accepted? I've looked at the file structure of the project and creating a /web/lang/pl.js seems like a task I could do :) .

It should be quite simple to integrate, take a look at https://github.com/ansible-semaphore/semaphore/pull/1798 for an example
