Problem: Terraform task run checkboxes #2186

Issue

When running for the first time a Terraform task, I have options just like an Ansible task, ie. :

When I choos to rerun a Terraform task based on a previous execution, I get only one option instead :

I think we should have the following checkboxes:

The survey variables (I am using one of those for vsphere password) aren't working as well when using "run". They also work when using "rerun".
