Add MPAA Ratings to Title Details. #55

Garrrett wants to see ratings, and that seems like a fair request.
Especially for those who might have little chitlins' in the house

Please include;

1 - Affected screens / activities
MOvie detail screen

2 - Impact or Change
List rating in empty space around year and stars

3 - Why this enhancement is important (aka, why vote for this?)
 For the curious and the chitlins!

This issue was updated by revision r144.

Added logic in base q and recommends to get rating for all q types. Now shows 
rating as |pg-13| fiollowing title in lists.
