Allow soriting of instant queue #57

I thought because instant quease4s could watch any movei at any time, there
wasnt a need to sort order - only add and delete.

Bruce has requested move to top though...

Please include;

1 - Affected screens / activities
  Instant Q Tab on Main Screen

2 - Impact or Change
 Add "move to top" context option

3 - Why this enhancement is important (aka, why vote for this?)
Bruce wants it
