Keep focus at selected movie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable more than 10 movies on either dvd list or instant watching list
2. Scroll off the first page
3. Select a movie and look at details
4. Hit back on the phone to return to the list

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that when I go back to the list, it should stay focused on the
movie I was checking up on. Instead the app moves focus back to the first
movie in the list. This is annoying if you have a long list of movies.

*Did you rotate the screen just prior to the issue?
No

*What version of QueueMan are you using? On what version of Android? What
type of device?
Using Queueman 0.9.9.2
Android 2.1-update-1
Nexus One

This will be more important with new pagination feature, once thew user has 100
titles, they will not want to keep scrolling - so annoying!
