Unable to negotiate a Request Token with Netflix #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start QueueMan
2. Accept License Agreement
3. Get error "Unable to negotiate a Request Token with Netflix"

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would have expected to be taken to a screen where I can link my Netflix
account with QueueMan.

*Did you rotate the screen just prior to the issue?
No

*What version of QueueMan are you using? On what version of Android? What
type of device?
QueueMan Version 0.9.9.6
Android 2.2
HTC Droid Incredible

Please provide any additional information below.
I am guessing my problem is not precisely a problem with QueueMan....I have
tried multiple Android Netflix queue managers and they all fail on trying to
link up with netflix. Originally I was using the app Mobile Queue, and one day
it stopped being able to communicate with Netflix. So I tried many things,
uninstall, re-installing, rebooting phone, etc. Nothing seems to work. And none
of the other queue managers I've tried since then are working, either.
Obviously, I have checked my internet connectivity, and that is not the issue.
I am guessing there is some common piece of Netflix information that is
residing on my phone, that is shared by all the queue manager apps, and perhaps
it is corrupt. That's my best guess, anyways. If this is the case, I need to
know how to clean this up (without having my phone going back to factory
default, that is). I have done a lot of googling for information on my issue,
but haven't found any similar cases. The closest I found was an issue on your
site that has been resolved....however, that was a problem with the Accept
Token, not the Request Token. Surely I'm not the only one who has ever
encountered this problem?

Well I think mobile queue might have borrowed some code based on their original
release, so it's not surprising the issue affects both.

I am having time finding time to get into the code these days, but I will look
into your issue once I have coding time again.
