What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Application
2. Accept License Agreement
3. Error generates

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  Application should run correctly. Instead, application will not run at all.

*Did you rotate the screen just prior to the issue?
  No.

*What version of QueueMan are you using? On what version of Android? What
type of device?

Using version 0.9.9.2
Android Verson 2.3
Pandigital Supernova
