Action center not responding #14

Hello, after running the script the action center and notification area doesn't seem to be responding, can you please help me out? @semazurek

Try this command (Run Powershell as Admin):

Get-AppxPackage | % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppxManifest.xml" -verbose }

Windows 10 Pro X64 and used expert mode to disable windows defender and xbox services

Did you do restore point ? in C:\RegBack folder should be registry recover files try them if you didn't make backup I will be looking for more to fix that. And winver command shows specific build number of windows that's why I asked.

what I mean to say is I successfully restored the os to the earlier point via restore point but the action center doesn't respond no matter what I do

Maybe you need to choose in rstrui.exe second option "choose other restore" and look there for something like "ET-BackUp"

cmd as Admin:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc.exe /scannow

Powershell again as admin:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml"}

Run: cleanmgr.exe as admin and pick all options in C:\

Reboot and if still not working try creating new account on windows and tell me if now it's working ok ?

There is built in function for fast reinstall in windows: settings -> windows update -> recovery -> keep files Will keep all C:/ desktop, download, documents etc.. and will not touch other drives/partitions...

I see but resetting windows will remove other programs that I have currently installed, I will do it as a last resort. Also just a suggestion but do you think you can add enable stuff also? as I want to enable/revert everything whatever your script.

Actually I did with asking for restore point but your AVirus software block that or somethink like that...
