[Suggestion] Set default option to max available days #2

Hello.

I just installed your extension and noticed it was automatically set to 4 days history... Since I wanted to keep more than 4 days, it's been an issue to me, because it deleted my history automatically at install.

Maybe you can default it to max available days and let users decide by themselves how many days of history to keep.
