Error 401

Hello. First of all, congratulations, this program looks amazing. I think i have a bug somewhere... or not! I'm starting GIS... I try to import the satellite imagery and this error appears: "2024-10-31T09:41:02 WARNING Python error : An error has occurred while executing Python code: See message log (Python Error) for more details." and the message: " File "C:\PROGRA~1\QGIS33~1.11\apps\Python312\Lib\urllib\request.py", line 639, in http_error_default raise HTTPError(req.full_url, code, msg, hdrs, fp) urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized".

I put my NASA and Copernicus credentials, I don't think that's the error. The images appear, simply when I click on RUN, this error appears.

Can you give some advice? I'm just starting in this world... tks

About your issue, it could be a server issue or an installation issue. In case it was a server issue, you can wait a few hours and try again.

However, I suggest to reinstall the plugin following these installation steps https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html (in case of installation issues, please try this alternative method of installation dependencies https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#plugin-installation-4 ).

you can try to uninstall the SCP, then reinstall it. If the SCP is loaded, please enable "Records detailed events in a log file" and copy the log file as described here https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#how-can-i-report-an-error

Please repeat the search process, then open the tab Debug and click the button to export Recorded events in a log file , which is a text file containing information about the Plugin processes.

Thank you @PaulaPacheco72 . The error is related to authentication, therefore I suggest to check the username and password. Also, you could try to search and download the product Sentinel-2_MLP (the same Sentinel-2 images, but from a different service that doesn't require authentication).
