Hi, is it possible to retrieve from API a Wifi signal strength per IP or MAC address?

I would like to have a flow card which would trigger "when signal is greater/lower than X for IP/MAC Y". I'm looking for multiple passive ways to estimate which person is in which room at home, and this would be helpful information from my router.

I think as an extra setting in App could be a number of seconds for signal value averaging before the flow card is triggered.
