userContext에만 유저 정보를 저장해 두어서 새로고침 시 유저정보가 사라지는 문제

  1. UserContext에 의존하지 않고 Recoil과 localStorage를 사용해야 함
  2. 유저 정보 상태관리
  3. 채팅 내용 상태관리
