Transfer ownership to open-numbers #11

because open-numbers/ddf--gapminder--gapminder_world already exists, I suggest that we merge all changes in open-numbers' repo and delete it, then I can transfer this repo to open-number.

There is a branch revert-2-feature/add-svg-shapes-as-a-file in open-numbers' repo, is it useful?

Branch revert-2-feature/add-svg-shapes-as-a-file is not useful, I removed it. Do we need to delete the repo to transfer ownership? Let's as a trial just try to transfer it right away : ) (maybe after you've pulled latest commit from open-number master branch, or maybe we don't even need that)

I tried and didn't succeed.. it says "open-numbers/ddf--gapminder--gapminder_world already exists". So I think we should remove the fork first and then transfer.
