missing entity for Micronesia #2

There are duplicated data for country fsm in GW.

FSM is part of Micronesia

and "Micronesia" is in arb1 column of FSM, so in align procedure (right?), they both get fsm

and "Micronesia" is not in the country_synonyms.xlsx file which builds gapminder world, nor in the entities file of systema globalis

Actually, Micronesia is not a country, it's a region (like Southern Europe). It's used in UNPOP So it shouldn't be here, in geo_entity_domain. It got in the SG dataset because of it's name and the synonym "Micronesia" of country fsm.
