Error in processing input files after commit 9fd68cc #41

After commit 9fd68cc there are errors when processing input files.

So far I did:

  1. Removed the && at the eol in processdata.sh to get output messages
  2. Renamed the file _input/wggc2019_curated_profilesemails.txt to _input/curated_WGGC_profiles_2019emails.txt (first error encountered was missing this file)

Now I am stuck at the tmp/xxx.merge.csv files not being produced.

Solved by reverting to original namings of input files, commit b077972
