  1. Height of Patient is not saved from add_patient and edit_patient page.
  2. As a result BMI is not shown while printing the prescription.
  3. Medicine section of the prescription.php takes longer time to load.
  4. All the drugs list does not show in ajax work.
  5. When second medicine is added the ajax do not work.
  6. After filling up all the data in prescription.php when clicked on print. It failed. Took lot of time.

1) height is saved on add_patinet and edit_patient and also email validation is removed from edit patient page

2) BMI show according to profile height and weight compulsory in prescription now and correct calculate BMI

3) medicine and drug take much time to load because have very big file now i some modify script

we can reduce load time to sort the list when 2 characters are typed list load and its short list

we can reduce time to increase character and increase time to reduce character

4) All drugs show in list but show only when we type first 2 character we may reduce it

6) check prescription follow and print section correct url rewrite and now all things are good

  1. Advice section creation under settings should have two items: a. A textbox with label "Caption" b. A text area as body.

  1. Doctors own photo upload does not work with. And upload photo button at dashboard.php shows error.

  1. Medicine does not show in prescription.
  2. Medicine ajax yet not responding.
  3. Add Advice yet not ready.
  4. Sometimes Labs and sometimes Imaging does not work.
  5. The diagnoses text input will be one instead of two. Without any label "Chronic" or "Acute".
  6. Blood Pressure turns to "70/110" instead of "110/70" in pdf page.
  7. Prescription print pdf should have more gap at the top minimum 1.5 inch.
  8. Wrong button at overview page. The uploaded photo does not show at overview.php.
  9. Gender Entry at signup page does not come correctly at overview.php.
  10. Plus(+) sign does not come before phone number.
  11. Spelling correct "Thursday" instead of "Thersday" at dashboard.php#two and overview.php when value is stored as wrong.
  12. Once updated once, the selection of days of the week under 2nd Chember location do not remain selected in dashboard.php#two.
  13. "Average Time per Patient" should not be shown on overview.php.
  14. Ajax of Diagnoses is not working
  15. Default list of labs and imaging is not showing.
  16. "Add Medicine" link is missing.
  17. Now Add Patient does not work. So could not create a patient.
  18. Refer to number 16. If add medicine is there at right. How, if required the medicine can be removed?

  9. I check twice and work fine for index dashboard and overview page
