Hide triples used internally in a separate graph #116

Several triples are added by the platform itself, e.g. dcterms:identifier, ssncom:hasCommunicationEndpoint, etc. They're intended to be used only within the platform, so end-users shouldn't see them.

Use 2 graphs:
- default - it's a public one used by API Gateway.
- urn:semiot:graphs:private - a private graph. Here internal triples are kept.
Make required changes in Device Proxy Service, Data Archiving Service, API Gateway
