9.2 raid support #7

This adds a proposal for the flight map fallback in Sepulcher of the First Ones, as well as bumping the TOC.

Solves #6, should be tested further. Also invalidates #5.

Worked for me fine in tonight's Sepulcher raid.

The flight map once you've killed a few bosses:

It makes no sense to try to use the world map maps for this, as they don't cover the whole raid like the flight map canvas does.
