values are wrong #31

looking at the RKI Dashboard the values seem to be wrong.

there are counties that had a high incident rate yesterday, and today they seem out of crisis.

I think that was a temporary problem with the update of the geojson file. Should have been fixed for some time already. If not feel free to elaborate and reopen the issue!
