Update docs and improve error messaging for ValueSeparator mismatches #118

Docs updated to include rail-road images of grammar.
Doc updated to describe localisation around DecimalSeparator and ValueSeparator on ITemplateContext.
Improved error messaging so that when ValueSeparator mismatch is made, it is reported correctly.
