Just one quick remark from me: I don't know if it's a good idea to merge the agri-entities into the sempr-core. Maybe a new repository would be more adequate? For all agricultural stuff? But I actually didn't read this PR properly, too busy, sorry.

Hi Nils, you are absolutely right the core should be as small/compact as possible but there are also some other elements that can (an in my opinion should) be moved to a different repositories.

But for now to have a solid and presentable state I perform to merge the agri-enitites. I have put such things on a separate "Roadmap" Wiki page, see https://github.com/sempr-tk/sempr/wiki/Roadmap
