Soprano reasoning optional #62

Make the reasoning of the soprano module optional to allow a alternative reasoner.

I think the main purpose of the SopranoModule is the SPARQL-Interface, so is there a reason to change the default to enabled reasoning? (Possibly breaking stuff on the way -- every use case needs to check again if it wants to use the reasoning from Soprano or not)?

I have enable it by default because there is no other SEMPR reasoner available on GitHub. So if you have and like to use a specific one than you also have to configure the soprano module in this way.
