Release for role in galaxy #11

I've made couple of tags, but they does not showed in:

https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/standalone/roles/semrush/clickhouse/versions/

Ha-ha-ha, it simply requires x.y.z tags.

Fixed with https://github.com/semrush/ansible-role-clickhouse/releases/tag/1.0.0

$ ansible-galaxy import semrush ansible-role-clickhouse
...

adding new version from tag: 1.0.0
tag: 1.0.0 version: 1.0.0
