Remove redudant parts from playbooks

Remove redudant part from the playbooks that are now coverted with stow

For example:

• [x] zsh
• [ ] sway
• [ ] waybar

Make sure to install these tools propertly. Make sure to install sway/waybar only on the appropriate host.

Also add stow to the startup script before installing the tools
