Feature request to support pinging smartflow with information related to app creation from ext-gen. Once merged all requests to create an app via ext-gen will add an event to smartflow. It will have the following information

• [x] piracyLicenseInfo - < hardcoded text based on licensedFeature>
• [x] event type = LEGAL *
• [x] trigger = ext-gen app*
• [x] -custom2 isValid=true*
• [x] -custom3 isTrial=false *
• [x] -custom4 isExpired=false *
• [x] validLicenseInfo = encryped license
