Show search path on some -verbose level #102

When linking fails due to using an unknown library, it can often help to know 
where exactly ld is looking in, especially when using sysroot. So printing the 
search path and the expanded form if it differs would be useful at -verbose=2 
or =3.

I will finish  DiagnosticPrinter::beginInput() and endInput(), then let 
diagnostic engine prints the file name that MCLinker is handling.
