Move symbol stripping out of GNULDBackend #108

If we can strip symbols when reading them, we can get higher performance.

Because there are relocations refer to local symbols, not all kinds of local 
symbols can be stripped while reading them. Only temporary local symbols and 
file symbols can be stripped while reading.
