Refine multiple defined symbol message #164

This is the similar issue as 
https://code.google.com/p/mclinker/issues/detail?id=161

For now, it just print
Error: multiple definition of symbol `_Z1fv'

We want more, demangled name, line number, caller function name, previous 
definition position...
