What would it take to generalize your platform to other covid-affected businesses in different regions or verticals? Different cities/causes/ e.g. SoCal mom-n-pop shops or black-owned restaurants in NorCal.

It would take at least 1-2 designers, at least 2 engineers and a fleet of at least 2 native speakers to reach out to and keep up with merchants who you are helping. I'm happy to talk more about what you have in mind in more detail if you'd like!
