"upgrading-your-account" document is incorrect #5878

Expected content

Unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade your plan by yourself from your account details, because [add an explanation/reason here]. You need to contact suport from within your account and wait for response. Please be aware that this can take some time.

  1. Decide the plan you upgrade to by comparing your current contact storage usage and email sends to the available plans here.
    1. Navigate to your Account Details page, and then click on the Your Products tab.
    2. Under Email API, select Change Plan.
    3. Find the plan you would like to upgrade to and then click Select.

I want to convert from a free plan to a paying one in the email API. I am the the owner of the account but I keep getting this error message. The support is useless because they are not answering for 4 days already. Very bad experience but I already created templates etc so I am willing to give another try. Can someone help with that?

@astuteape I have an open ticket for several days now...How can we solve this problem ASAP?
