Description of the change: Modifying public-facing language regarding the relationship between blocklisting and shared IP pools.
Reason for the change: Existing language around the relationship between shared ip pools and (non-spamhaus) blocklists gives the customer the perception that blocklists are unusual and the customer should reach out to the Support Team for delisting services when this is typically not an actionable item. Additional language modified to replace emotional judgements with factual statements.
