can't download the campaign report in csv #33

hello,

seems like i am not able to downalod in csv the reporting i want for a specific email campaing. the link im using is https://ip2report.herokuapp.com/#/

and please find below what shows up when i m trying to download the report. screen shot 2017-12-01 at 17 47 42

please update me when you can fix this issue. thanks a lot

Same here, caused by 30 sec request timeout. at=error code=H12 desc="Request timeout" method=GET path="/api/v1/events.csv?like=true&det...." dyno=web.1 connect=1ms service=30001ms status=503 bytes=0 protocol=https
