Emails are not sent even the API is called successfully, on Sendgrid dashbord, emails show "Internal Server Error". #1410

Now only very a few emails can be sent successfully, but 99% of them are showing "processing".

If I go "Activity > Search > either one item(showing "processing") > Event History > Deferred (Attempt #17)", all those processing ones are showing Internal Server Error.
