Constantly getting :Your request cannot be processed." #13

I've embededd widget to my site and it constanlty returns "Your request cannot be processed."

Network manager shows the request shows that endpoint returns this JSON: 

{"success":false,"message":"Your request cannot be processed."}

What should i do? :)
