Adds constants: SENDGRID_USER, SENDGRID_PWD to make it easy to predefine sendgrid user and password.

Not a sendgrid dev but this looks good :+1:. You could perhaps add some documentation to install instructions in the readme.txt file.

EDIT: would be nice to hide the password input box (and user?) from the settings page. If I'm setting it in the wp-config.php file I probably don't want people to easily know what it is.

Thank you very much for your PR and comments, this is currently under review on our side, but we will definitely add this feature to the wp plugin.
