I know this is probably not the ideal place for this, but I contacted 'customer care' and they won't tell me anything at all. They actually replied when I asked "why" and said, essentially, we can't tell you.
Apparently I got myself banned for life from both sendinblue and before that, same thing happened with sendgrid.
I am hoping someone might be able to make an educated guess why this keeps happening.
I could see if I was slamming them with tons of requests, but I was only making one request at a time, from a node backend, to email myself a user registration link with a jwt. I'm not using anywhere near my free plan's 300/day limit (100/day for sendgrid), and there's at least 5 minutes between requests. My api keys are hidden safely in a .env file.
Maybe because I don't have a domain? All my activity is from localhost. Even if I had a domain, I wouldn't be using it to write and troubleshoot my code.
It says 'campaigns' but I'm not even using campaigns. Only the smtp api. Again, I tried the 'customer care' link, and their only response was basically, yup, you're suspended. Go jump in a lake.
Any suggestions?
