This issue is likely occurring due to a misconfiguration during the connection setup. I recommend deleting your Evolution instance as well as the corresponding inbox in Chatwoot, and then trying to set it up again from scratch.

Describe the bug
I've connected Chatwoot-N to Whatsapp Business using Evolution API 2 and ask for it to bring previous messagens. However, it does not collect old messages. What can be wrong?
I have all the settings correctly in Evolution API 2, apparently.
Using Chatwoot-N 3.13.6 Evolution API 2.1.2
