Duplicated conversations in chatwoot integrated with (evolution) #91

Describe the bug

i'm with duplicated conversations, for an example the contact EvolutionAPI which shows the connection status in chatwoot, its generation another conversation in all new messages with EvolutionAPI.

To Reproduce

1- in docker swarm environment with evolution api version 2.0.9 rc installed via docker compose file with postgres, redis installed, with chatwoot 3.11 of this project perfectly installed. 2- try to connect one instance in evolution api. 3- see in chatwoot the connection status in inbox created by evolution api. 4- opened one conversation, so try again disconnect and connect again and will see another conversation with the save contact of evolution api but with a new message.

Expected behavior

to me, the expected its just still the new messages with the same conversation of the contact.

Please check your API that you are integrating with Chatwoot, this error does not correspond to Chatwoot
