I would like to propose a feature that allows administrators to customize the text displayed on the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey. Currently, the CSAT survey text is static and does not offer any flexibility for customization. This feature would greatly enhance the user experience by allowing organizations to tailor the survey wording to better fit their brand voice or to meet specific communication needs.

Add a customizable text field in the CSAT settings where administrators can edit the survey text.
Ensure that both the question and the optional thank you message can be modified.
Allow for multi-language support, enabling administrators to customize the text for different locales.
Provide a default option to revert to the original text if necessary.

This is very important. I have tried to change by editing the file pt_BR.json (app/javascript/survey/i18n/locale), but the change is not making any result
